We’re Jeff and Lee Ann Mix, Las Vegas real estate agents with the Mix Real Estate Team at Realty ONE Group. Lee Ann got her license in February 2006, and Jeff got his in October 2006.
Jeff started this site in 2008 to help Las Vegas homeowners through the crash. It ranked first on Google for Las Vegas short sales during the foreclosure crisis, and over the years it grew to include home search and HUD home videos.
Today we specialize in Inspirada in Henderson, where we live, and we’ve produced more than 500 YouTube videos about Inspirada and Henderson. We relaunched this site in 2026 because more Las Vegas homeowners are falling behind again.
We want people to remember two things about us: we worked hard and we were honest.
