There has been a ton of action over the last month or so in Tuscany. This masterplanned community is off of Lake Mead on the way to Lake Las Vegas in Henderson NV. There are no floor plans available yet, but I imagine with the look of things, these homes will be available for tours in the next week or so. I have been taking pictures of these homes as they progressed over the past few weeks from slab to landscaping. All of the homes are located on the golf course that was designed by Ted Robinson.
The new model homes feature 3 new single story plans and 3 new 2 story plans. Tuscany also features a 18 hole golf course , the 35,000 square foot recreation center with pools, gym, billiards room, racquetball courts and indoor gymnasium. The community is guard gated and patrolled 24 hours per day.
