Here are the basic details of the Neighborhood Lift Down Payment assistance program……
The money: Up to 15,000 down payment assistance to purchase an owner occupied, primary residence.
This is free money after 5 years! So 0% interest, forgivable 20% each year for five years.
Household income doen’t exceed 120% area median income. So what the heck does that mean? For example, you have a Mom, Dad and 2 children. This is a household of four. The total annual salary can’t exceed 79,200! Sorry you can’t include pets! Click here for the PDF chart for Area Median Income limits for Clark County.
You don’t need to be a first time home buyer! You can even own a home right now if you sell it before closing on a new home.

So where and what can you spend the money on you ask? Single Family, 2 to 4 unit multi family and condos. The home has to be in the Las Vegas city limits. So everywhere in the blue area on this map is eligible for the money. so even homes in Summerlin would work for the program. If you aren’t sure call us and we can help at 702-510-9625.
