Amazing that the inventory is so low at the moment. Everything I have been reading is right in line with what you stated in your article. I think the Henderson area is going to be a great investment on any level. With the combination of your location, weather, interest rates and the pent up demand, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see Henderson real estate turn the corner this year.

Thanks for the comment! They paid close to 300k for this home at the height of the market. The return on your investments for financed investment properties can be 20%+! It’s a no brainer!

In that case the limit on deficiency judgement is good since it will force lenders to recognize their loss sooner, and give households a fresh start earlier. A household that cannot buy another home because of a lingering deficiency judgement delays the housing recovery.

It can be a pain to wait on getting into a new home but given the numbers above, I think it is a better option, especially in this market.

I have people ask me about lease to purchase type transactions all the time. I’m going to refer them to this blog post….good info. I really like the calculators you have on your sidebar to show people who are upside down in their mortgage how long it will take to regain equity.

You have to crawl before you walk. Same with home ownership, if you are not ready rushing it may cause you more financial pain than you can imagine.

If you are going to rent especially in Las Vegas, you should be earning insurmountable amount per day. Vegas is a busy place, and the rent’s price is so stiff which is not practical.
