I think the Henderson area is going to be a great investment on any level. With the combination of your location, weather, interest rates and the pent up demand, I wouldn&#039;t be a bit surprised to see Henderson real estate turn the corner this year.</description>

		<description>If you are going to rent especially in Las Vegas, you should be earning insurmountable amount per day.  Vegas is a busy place, and the rent&#039;s price is so stiff which is not practical.
